To attract the right tenant and maximise the return on your investment, you need to reach the right marketplace with the right message. At Carrick Johnson, we will professionally market your property, using attractive images and copy that will present it in the best light to the perfect tenant for you.
We carefully vet each suitable applicant by carrying out relaxed, but thorough in-house interviews. Once we have identified a suitable tenant, we then run the applicants’ criteria through a respected and highly reliable independent referencing company.
5 - Paperwork!
Saving you hours of time, we will ensure that all the necessary paperwork is put in place, from drawing up a tenancy agreement, to providing an accurate photographic inventory report, each element will be professionally and efficiently documented. We do the work so you don’t have to!

We take our management of your property very seriously and will keep you up to date with any issues as they crop up, such as, on-going maintenance, repairs and routine visit reports. But in addition to our careful maintenance, we want to reassure you, that we are here to help and guide you whenever you feel like a chat, either over the phone, or better still pop in for a coffee when your passing.
