We currently offer a referral scheme designed to thank those of you who kindly recommend our services.
If a referral from you  becomes a new fully managed tenanted property’  we will pay you £100 as a thank you!
This offer applies to current or past landlords or tenants, contractors, property developers and solicitors who recognise that Carrick Johnson Lettings will provide one of the best letting service standards around.

All the owner of the property has to do, is let us know who recommended us to them and then once the tenant moves in, we will forward the money to you. If the landlord owns multiple properties it will be £100 per property rented on a fully managed basis  through us!

• NB.  this offer only applies to properties that are new to Carrick Johnson, and only those who take up the fully managed package.
